Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions - Token Launch Alerts

Why are some tokens not generated in real time but arrive later in bulk?

This rarely happens (mainly on Base Chain) and usually during token bursts, where many tokens are created in a short period. The system processes them as fast as possible, but messages may arrive out of order based on screening time.

Why are some token messages arriving before messages about earlier tokens?

The system prioritizes speed. Tokens with simpler contracts are screened faster, so newer tokens may appear earlier if older ones take longer to screen.

Why is there a delay between token launch and message arrival?

This delay, seen in Advanced alerts, results from on-the-fly contract screening for scams, tax logic, and honeypot behavior. The Standard alerts are faster but do not include these checks.

I want to be notified instantly when a token is launched.

The Standard subscription is designed for speed. It sends alerts immediately without security checks—ideal if you value speed over risk assessment.

How do I unsubscribe, manage my subscription, or update billing?

Use the Telegram bot you subscribed through. Search for it (e.g., TOKENBITES_BASE_Subscription_bot), then type /status to view and manage your plan. Feedback before unsubscribing is always appreciated!

Why are some tokens missing from the list?

Only tokens from Uniswap V2 and V3 are supported currently. Tokens with very complex contracts may be dropped if they exceed screening time limits to avoid delays for newer tokens.

Why are tokens not in order of release?

Screening time varies by contract complexity. Simpler tokens get processed first, so alerts may not be in strict chronological order.

Why do some tokens not have a name?

Token names depend on the contract implementation. If the name isn’t inherited properly or omitted by auto-generators, the alert will show a blank name.

Why are most token scores zero?

Tokens are screened the moment they launch. Many developers delay liquidity locking, leading to high risk (score 0) being flagged. This reflects real risk and encourages caution.

Do you have a token screener I can use manually?

Not yet. The screener currently works in automated mode for alerts. If enough users request it, a manual version may be released. Let us know through the Contact form.

What do the token score colors mean?

Color codes (🟢🟡🔴) are informative only and do not constitute financial advice. Always DYOR.

What is Maestro?

Maestro is a sniper bot I personally use and recommend for fast trades. Other bots may be added in the future based on demand.

I want to swap to another chain. How?

Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the chain you want via our website.

Is there a similar service for Solana?

Yes—it's currently in testing for pump.fun tokens and will soon include Raydium and Orca. Join our free member waitlist to get early access.

Will you add support for other chains?

If enough users request a chain, we’ll add it! Let us know via the Contact form.

Why should I trust Token Bites?

We care about trust and transparency. While nothing is perfect, we respond fast to feedback and aim to give retail users real tools—not hype.

Why is there a difference between Standard and Advanced token counts?

Advanced screening takes time. If tokens timeout during analysis, they’re skipped to keep things moving. Standard alerts detect all tokens instantly without screening.

I want a refund.

Please refer to our refund policy.

Why are timestamps in UTC?

Telegram shows alerts in your local time, while embedded UTC timestamps ensure consistency for global users. We kept both for clarity. Let us know if this is confusing.
